65 power window motors

redoing a 65...power windows work ok now, but considering taking the motors and regulators out to check and clean....are they tough to get out?...do i have to grind out the original rivets?...or since they work, should i leave them alone?...thanks...fred

I don't have power windows, but I have been told the motor is the same as the headlamps and antenna, both of which I have rebuilt. IMO if it AIN'T broke, count your blessings and wax the car.
