paul79 said:That's a foolish starting bid. My pristine 1967 with NOM and new frame and paint can be had for for $35,000-40,000. But what do I know?

You've been on EBay too much. I've seen those 1 of 1 auctions. Oops, I have been there as well. So let's do trivia! Know how many 1967s had a 327/300 with Powerglide? Out of a production run of 22,940?
The answer is....1,725. So I have a "rare" car that nobody wants. Except me. How many were converted to four-speeds? (And that leaves me with Powerslide.) Not to mention Goodwood Green becoming re-sale Red. We are now talking really rare. For the spec freaks, who love numbers, we are now down to a Goodwood Green 1967 327/300 with Powerglide with the original colour. My guess is 1,000. I am off to Barrett-Jackson next summer. Mine is a "rare" and highly desireable vintage automobile.....$75,000?
Just a little levity for this evening. Had a nice drive with Wife this morning before the heat set in. Love these cars! Cooling was good at 180 and 200 in traffic. So at 86F heat this car is performing well. Hope that 502 conversion works for you. I can't imagine the torque that 67Heaven and you have!
