67 coupe window crank

do all 66 and 67 corvettes have the window crank stainless spacer with the three prongs or was that a only as requied part-my 67 had one on the right door and not on the left side-both door panels are the originals and the left has no holes in it for the spacer unlike the right side that does.:confused

The window crank on each door should have the stainless escutcheon. The vent window crank should not have them. Both windows should have the plastic spacer washer under the crank handle.
