'72 350 Corvette motor will this Holley fit?

I have a friend that has a '72 Corvette with a 350 in it and he wants to purchase my Holley carb model 4150 750cfm. Will the carb fit his manifold?

a 750 Holley is just a little too big for most 350's, if the car has a Q-jet on it now it will not fit without a manifold change. They make adaptors but with the limited hood space on a Corvette it may not fit under the hood.
