Are block casting (not stamping) #'s different for truck 4 bolt vs passnger(Corvette)#'s of the same vintage?

Nope, all the same. Car, Corvette, truck, industrial, marine, etc, etc. all used a common casting. Nothing unique about the Corvette piece.
