75 air conditioner duct seal

Hello all,
I just pulled the dash of my 75 and noticed the seals where the air conditioner ducts mate with the dash louvers and with other pieces of ductwork are shot. Can someone tell me what the best material is to use to restore these seals and where it might be found? I really haven't looked alot yet, just Mid-America and Ecklers and didn't see anything.

By the way I read some previous posts on the board on how to remove the dash and they were very helpful!!!!!!
