Question: 76 - 3 point seatbelts

Hello...Just installed (drivers side) new 3 point seatbelts that I purchased from Mid America motor works...What I dont like about them is they are really SENSITIVE...You have to pull belt in one continous motion SLOWLY to get it buckled or it will catch and you have to feed it all way back into roller...plus it rides pretty high over my chest (near my neck)...anyone else having this issue? ....Thanks,Pete
