1/2 of the brake fluid goes away very quickly and it appears that the passenger-side rear wheel is damp on the inside of the wheel. Any ideas as to what could be the problem so I don't get the wrong thing(s) to repair?

Much thanks!!!

This one is easy. The seals on your caliper is leaking. Time for a rebuilt caliper. Check some of your Vette catalogs, or if you're on a budget get a rebuilt caliper from Autozone.

or from NAPA I think they are $75.75 with core.

If you want to keep your originals, Muskegon Brake will rebuild them for $89.00. You should rebuild both fronts at the same time and Muskegon will include pads free. There is about a 4 week turnaround. I just did mine, and also changed both hoses while I was at it.
