hey guys there is a farm auction in my neck of the woods SAT & there is a 76 vette in it so what would be a good price to pay for this I have no idea what a 76 goes for so am asking what would be a steal for this

I paid 7500 for mine but it was running perfect and had a good interior and was in good condition. Hope that helps, do you know what condition the car is in?

a project may be 2500 plus, shoot for less tho.

A good "driver" would be around $5-7000, a project would obviously be less, a very nicely restored etc would be $10-15000. I bought mine for $7000, then turned around and had it appraised, it was appraised at $11,000 so I found a good deal. Sometimes folks don't know what they have.

Sounds like 76okievette found a deal like I did, have you had it apraised ?

Paid $4,000. Ran like stink...didn't stop (needed calipers all around), interior shot, body in bad shape...shredded fiberglass behind the rear tires, horrible paint.....big smile on my face when I hit the loud pedal....PRICELESS!!!

It has replaced my other heap as my daily driver...love it!
