I haven't heard of a place in FL that does resto, If you have the $ I believe there is a place in OK. Are you looking for NCRS resto?

Don't know about the Miami area, but I can recommend Jerry Clark in Hernando Beach (Tampa area) VERY highly; (352) 592-9200. Fabulous work and attention to detail, and you won't be drawing Social Security waiting to get your car back.
