The rear wheels have been bowed out since I got the car about 8 years ago. I notice theres much more wear on the inner part of the tire and I'll be replacing the tires next week. I'd like to get the problem taken care of so it doesn't wear unevenly in the future. What could be the cause of this? Is there a way to adjust it or do I need to replace something?

Thanks.

The wheel camber is adjusted by rotating bolts at the inner ends of the lower strut rods. If this is not possible, the end bushing may have collapsed or the differential yokes may have worn their inner ends off. Put the car in the air with the wheels suspended and look for play by rocking the wheels at the 6 and 12 position, then the 3 and 9 position.
