It's a simple matter of just watching how the old ones come off, cleaning ( I mean really CLEANING ) up the old w/stripping glue completely , then reversing the process.
I just completed installing new w/stripping on a glass set and a solid set of t's.
Make sure you take out all the adjustment from the latch before you try it the first time. Let them "set up" for a week or two -inplace on the roof- before you try to adjust them any more. The "set up" period will allow the new w/stripping to "remember" its place and break itself in. You're gonna find it harder than hell to latch them the first time since the w/stripping is so new and unforgiving.
As for the glue process- a little dab with do-ya. Once applied, press the w/stripping back and forth onto the top to get the glue to dry some before you place it directly onto the top. This seemed to aid in it's drying process for me.
If you need any more help, email me and I'll try to get you thru it.

Weatherstrip replacement

Just take care when installing the rubbers to the T Tops, you will have to back off the adjustment on your latches a little.
Don't make the same mistake I made, one of them cracked a week after I did the rubbers from stress and I am still waiting for new glass and frames to come from the US.

Rick at www.sunroofdoctor.com fixed us up with a new set, half the price of everywhere else.
Corvette Central also supplied my rubbers. We have some leaks, but are planning to reseal urethane seal on both front and rear windows first, before attacking the side door windows.
We are yet to replace our hinge pin bushings, which will re-hang the doors.

Cheers
