I have 3/4" difference in height from left front to the right front. What height should the front end be? I remember a post on this measurement sometime back , but was unable to locate it. Can the height difference be corrected without changing both springs?

My 82 measures 27.5 inches from the ground to the center of the wheel well opening. That would be plus or minus 1/2" or so for an acceptable, stock, ride height with stock tires.

Sometimes uneven level in the front is not due to front springs, but rear suspension problems. Don't overlook that. If one side or the other on the rear is weak, the opposing front side will be higher than the other. If that is the case, you may be able to make up a bit of that by adjusting the rear spring mounting bolt nut as appropriate. A little difference is pretty common. Have someone measure it with you in the drivers seat.:beer

I just came-back from measuring my '82, and it sits 27.5" driver-side, and 27.0" passenger-side, but I believe my garage-floor 'leans' towards the passenger-side:
I will try to get a measurement on level pavement soon.
