On your dash plugs,,if you hold the larger of the two plugs like it plugs in (with the metal hold down clip towards the front of the car- invisible to the eye), is the bottom front wire (which is all black and looks slightly smaller than the others) the ground wire? I've tried to read it to ground, and get about .3 ohms when reading to the door switch metal, but about 25 ohms when reading to the alt. bracket....think I've answered my own question. It reads about .3 ohms to the neg. cable for the battery(which is unpluged at this time)

thanks. I've found that the pin and connector that ties the top board and bottom board together are not making good contact on the board. After about 20-25 minutes of driving(I quess about the time it takes for the board to get warm) the solder joints appear to loose a good connection. Have to work on it after Thanksgiving. Left for work at 5:00 this morning and just got home at 9:00 tonight. Looks like it will be this way till Thanksgiving. Thanks for the input. Have a good Thanksgiving!
