I recently bought a 94 camaro z28 LT1 motor intending to install it in place of my L98 my questions are 1) Would i be able to use my original wiring harness since both engines are TPI or would i have to use the harness from the camaro. 2)Would i be better off looking into purchasing an after market engine managemnt control system. I would appreciate any help or suggestions from any one who has done this swap

If you modify it to use a regular SBC dist ( drill hole for dist in intake ) you can run '86 wiring and management. The engine doesn't know where it is getting it's fuel and spark from.
Or you could use the complete Camaro engine wiring complete with computer.Has been done before; will need to join to original '86 wiring in places for dash inputs , etc
If the engine came out of a Camaro you will need the Corvette front accessory drive system which is mounted on the drv side; not the pass side like in F-Body.
You will need a '89+ Vette Denso A/c compressor because Harrison type used in '86 wount fit.
