'89 thru '92 engines?

During the years 1989 to 1992 was the L98 and LT1 available during the same year?

If not, when did the change occur, '91?

Was the LT4 only available 1996?

The L98 engine was available from 1985 to 1991. The LT1 engine debuted in 1992 and was the base model engine from 1992 to 1996. Optional engines included the ZR-1/LT5 engine from 1992 to 1995 and then the optional LT4 engine debuted in the Corvette in 1996 only.

The LT-5 came out in 1990 and by 1992 it was not selling well at all. The LT-1 for $30,000 less in what was just about the same car was the better deal.

Rob, I think you meant to write that the ZR-1/LT-5 engine was available from 1990 to 1995. Just look under the hood of your 1990 ZR-1!
