Replacement went fine, door panel reinstalled without major issues, but now when the window is rolled down it folds the inner seal down into the door. Anyone have any advice ?

#1. Is the door panel installed properly?
#2. Did you replace and/or adjust the anti-rattle pads? If I remember correctly, there are two felt/rubber pads inside each door, adjustable on top. The outer window seal pushes on the outside glass surface. The anti-rattle pads push on the inside surface of the glass surface. Wiggle the window, does it feel sloppy?
