Code 15: Coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature colder than -38? F for 3 seconds.

Could the temp sensor be causing this? If so, exactly where is it located.

Well, it was the Eng. Temp (coolant) sensor that was causing the problem. I replaced it and whalllla, no more engine quitting or "Service Eng Soon" light. Also, the fans only work now when they're supposed to. So a little hair pulling and $10.00 and she's back in action!!!
