91 Dash lights, some on some off

My interior dashlights are partaly on in my 91. The Drivers steeringwheel lights all illuminate including the radio clock and outside temp display. Though the buttons on the radio do not illuminate including the orange door lights and center consol ( shifter display and power seat controls). I know the bulbs are not burnt out because this happend all at once. Suggestions???
