91 wheel bearings and universal joints

Please advise 1991 ZR1 wheel bearings are the same as any other C4.
Are universal joints the same for ZR1 as for normal C4's.and what lubricant is best.
Has anybody had wheel nuts loosening although torqued to 145Nm with hard driving.

Wheel bearings are not serviceable on a C4. You replace the entire hub assy. 91-96 is the same for all C4s of that model year spread.

The lubricant that is best depends on what you are lubricating. If you meant for wheel bearings, that question is irrlevant as the hub/bearing assys. are sealed. I do not know what type is used.

If you are using stock wheels, studs and wheel nuts, tighten your wheel nuts to 140Nm. I have not heard of wheel nuts loosening when tightened to that torque, but I suppose over an extended period of time with lots of severe duty, they could loosen.
