95 Seat Driver/Passenger rails interchangeable?

My drivers side seat rails are warped. I have found a number of passenger replacement parts on eBay which say they are usable on either side. Any truth to this? Can I use a passenger side rails on the drivers side?

Not sure myself. I only clock in a 165 lbs so it's not me. Just one day the seat wouldn't move forward. I took it in to the dealer and they told me I need to replace the seat rail. This was after they replaced the motor.
