Help a guy out!

This weekend I tackled one of the two tasks that have been bugging me about my 99FRC. I straightened out the exhaust pipes. The passenger side was a little crooked. So that's done. Now......

The second little nit pick I have is to replace the knobs on my climate control. I have manual knobs for fans speed, temp and vent direction. Two of the three are cracked or sort of stripped out. The post that actually turns and activates the setting is fine. It's just these damn cheap plastic knobs that need to be replaced. I could use some wacko glue or something but if that fails I'm kinda screwed.

Does anyone have some that I can buy (left over from on upgrade) or could you direct me to a site that has them? I have looked at MAM and another Corvette parts catalog (my wife calls it porn).

Thanks in advance

The number is on the part -

16208541-BLK

Found them at the Chevy Dealer. $30 EACH :mad

I ended up using superglue and fixed the stripped out portion of the dial. Works as good as new.

If the superglue fails, try JB Weld on the back side of the knob. After JB-3 weld cures, it is hard as steel. I've repaired knobs on our stove in the kitchen this way. - Ron

sweet. I'll remember that. I know there is one knob here that is bound to fail eventually.
