A bit disappointed in my Jegs order

First they put the gaskets in a rather small box so they bent them to fit. Then it turns out the gaskets have been opened before (sealed with tape) and one of the gaskets is missing. The only positive was that the shipping was fast.
 
I hate to hear that! I've ordered a lot from them and it's all been first rate. I'm sure if you contact them, they'll make it right. Art

Take a few minutes and give their customer service a call. I once experienced a problem resulting from shipping, and they sent a replacement out immediately and also took care of the cost for the return shipping...

Incidentally, I had the same excellent experience with Summit.

These mail order places are not exactly the best source for some parts. Local parts stores are probably cheaper and a faster turn around because of there inventory is probably large enough to handle most sales, AND normally no freight costs. HUGH savings there.....;LOL...:upthumbs
 
I will probably call them but I think I will end up picking up the other part locally just to save time. Sort of reminded me of things I have bought in the past at Walmart...you get home only to find its a return and something is missing.
