Ok, My a/c blower blows very little How about some tips where to start trouble shooting Thanks in advance!

The a/c motors are not known for the volume of air they blow. Yours may be just fine. They can be replaced with later motors producing more volume. I've got the instructions on my web site under trchnical help and HVAC.

Bobchad is correct in his recommended mods there, and follow up on that, BUT just changing motors will not help much at all without cleaning out the leaves and crap from the pressure side of the a.c evaporator, inside the housing where you can't get at them.....take the blower motor out and sneak a vacuum cleaner in there.....down bottom where the crap is....

second off, blast air up thgough the drain hole to allow condensate to drain....

then rewire the ground and maybe even the power side with heavier gauge wire to the blower motor....I found the ground side on my stock blower motor dropped over a volt across the wire...so that slowed down the motor, and so would also slow down the C4 motor/blower assy....
I relocated the hi speed relay off the evap housing to the top of the housing, and directly soldered the leads to the relay terminals, as plugs and wiring are hard to get new....that eliminated another volt or so of loss into the motor....having done all that, I allmost doubled the airflow of the stock motor, but still went with the C4 blower assy as above, and do recommend that changeover forthwith.....
OH, also, that 30 amp cartridge fuse and holder in the hi speed blower circuit with the heavy orange wiere coming off the horn relay....need change that over to a 30 amp blade fuse in rubber holder, another 1/2 volt or so, I found it got hot enough from poor connections/corrosion over the years, to actually melt the solder in the old fuse ends, and open the fuse.....

you may want to do these wiring changes just flat out or use a DVM to proove the pudding.....either way, it's what happened with my '72 here...
