A/C Muggy Smell upon start up

Our 02 Z06, has had a muggy smell coming from the A/C upon startup. Has anyone else experienced anything like this with their C5/Z06. Anyone have any tips on clearing up the smell.

Hi there,
99-01-38-044a is the bulletin for deodorizing and installing a blower dryer module under the passenger side dash to eliminate moisture from the evaporator after shutdown.
