A/C tensioner issues 2003 ls1

Good day i am having a vibration/rattling issue on my 2003 i have replaced the a/c tensioner once and the dealer has since replaced it twice in less than six months.The problem is still there and now they are telling me the harmonic balancer is going bad.The noise usually occurs when the a/c is on and the car is in drive or reverse and idling.Anyone have anything on this issue?Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you,Patrick

What about the AC idler? Have you tested it? Also, did you ask the dealer to show you how they came about thinking that the harmonic balancer is bad? Some of these dealerships will pull stuff out their azz if they don't know what the real issue is.
