From the pic it looks like a '54. I think I see two round air cleaners; '53s had three small "torpedoes".

That is a 65 Corvette created by GM for show purposes. It was in South Africa until a few years ago. The body raises and lowers, parts move; pretty spiffy. Recently someone unearthed some photos of a 63 split window version in a Chevrolet showroom in 63. Same type of "vehicle".

I took the whole family with me ,that one picture is of a cab and chassis with a pick up truck bed on it.He spotted it as we were driving and he insisted I turn around so he could look at it and take a photo with it.
