GMP announced the release of their second model in the series of highly detailed 1:18th scale Corvettes, as part of their high-end Masterpiece Collection. The vehicle, a 1965 Corvette Coupe, finished in Nassau blue with matching blue interior follows the success of their first release, the well received 1965 Red Corvette Roadster.

Very very nice! I've got quite a few Corvette Diecast but I won't be buying that one!

65? I thought that 65's had gills behind the doors. Don't see them on the model.

Sweet looking to be sure. I just love those mid-years and this may be the closest I'll get to owning one. A little pricey though for my taste for a die cast. Just one man's opinion.
