? about targa tops

I've been searching for a replacement for my 94's targa top. All the ones that I've come across have been in pretty much the same shape as mine is,so I've come to the conclusion that I'll have to get one from astro tops.My question is this.....have any of you bought from them...are the replacements the same as the factory ones...when you send them your core,do you pay the shipping on it? Any info would be appreciated- Thanks in advance

Astro Top has a good warranty, but I've heard mixed reviews about the material and its optical characteristics. The Sun Roof Doctor is worth a look. About the same price. I had great success with E-Bay. Pristine blue tint for 400 bucks. It came off a ZR-1, and added 25 horsepower at least. Needs great packaging to make it intact. And it's original GM with the little print on the plexi.

Love the see through and extra warm solar heat. Summer I use the solid.
