AC Blower Motor

I have been working on my cousin's 87 vette with climate control; The fan never blows out on high even though you set it on 10. Is there a high fan relay for this car and where is it. GM cars used to have a inline fuse under the hood for the high fan speed. My 85 with the old manual ac switch blows out at high. Could it be the climate control unit itself. Any help would be appreaciated.

I have an 86 without climate control. My high speed is out too, but the fan just shut's off completely. I have a new switch, just haven't gotten around to installing it yet.

There is a relay on the Pass side right near the oil dipstick tube you might check. There is a plug that goes on from the top and there are three or four small bolts going into a plate that it sits under.
