Can anybody advise me on the Loctite product used to glue
air and water pipes into the plenum as mine have come loose.
The clearance hole is 0.7mm.Does anyone have a method for doing this as the adhesive is difficult to keep in place.

For my antifreeze lines going to the plenum I have little hose clamps that secure mine and I don't have any leaks. For the vacuum lines, I went to the auto store and bought very small zip ties and secured each one down with those and have had no problems. I think the Loctite is only used on bolts.

I believe he means for the fittings themselves Jay.

For those I believe Loctite 620 is the prescribed fix. But if you can not get that I'm sure J-B Weld would do the trick. And there is actually a faster J-B Weld called J-B Quick. It sets in about 5 minutes.

Just smear a little around the end of the fitting going into the plenum then press them in. Keep a small towel handy to clean up the edges around the fitting.
