airaid "econoaid (#1005) = check engine light

Last night I installed an airaid "econoaid" throttle body spacer on my 2003 C5. Started the car, it idled a little rough at first, then the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. Went for a little drive, and seems to idle fine and run good, but the light is still on. Is it true disconnecting the battery for a few minutes will make the light go off? Thanks in advance for the tips!

Remove the Airaid "Econoaid" spacer and toss it in the scap bin because it's junk science and nothing more than a restrictor. Reinstall the throttle body with a new TB gasket if necessary. Then, road test the car. Please, post to the list if the MIL goes off or not.

No.
