Air Conditioning Repair Shops

Hi Everyone, it seems this is the time of the year when every other question is about Air Conditioning.

Can anyone recommend a good shop to install my new AC Delco Compressor and stuff? I live in South Georgia......the shops around here are kinda scary....if you know what I mean.

I have heard of someone in Florida called the Vette Doctor and also in Atlanta. If you know of a good shop in my area, please let me know.....

Spend $200 for a vacuum pump and do it yourself. It's really pretty easy and you'd save a bundle.


I don't know of any a/c shops, auto or home, that won't rip you off.
