I recently had a Renegade intake manifold installed on my 84 vette...seemed to be more responsive with more power...had it put on a dyno...tech did 2 pulls...told me when rpms hit 4600-4700,power would just drop...ask him what would cause this and he said wasn't getting enough fuel to match air intake...any thoughts or ideas on how to correct this problem...thanks for any help

What did the dyno reports tell you? Can you post them?

What does your experience tell you? At what RPM are you seeing full throttle shifts? Does the car seem to loose power above 4600 RPM? Do you really have a problem, or not?

:w

dyno result...sorry upside down

Don't know if I uploaded this right

Thanks

I appreciate your help....i'm no mechanic so I have to rely on others....had my vette going on 10 years, happy with it just wish it had a little more power thus the Renegade...seemed to have more power so dyno would give me numbers...don't know why tech would tell me this he didn't try to sell me anything just said I may have to reprogram my chip but he didn't do that...he said running engine like that could cause damage so that had me worried :w
