I'd like to know how to get to the A/C heater air mixing door to see if it is moving as it should when the temperature is changed on the electronic climate control. What do I have to remove to see it? I have a 93 Ruby convertible. The temperature of the air coming out is erratic and most of the time will not get hot, but sometimes it will so I'm pretty sure its not the heater core or water blockage.
Thanks for any help you can give.

I beleive it's number 1 or 41 that your after. And you can see what it would take to look at either....Your problem could be the actuator that controls the door. On my '89 it is an electric motor that moves the baffel back and forth so if it was that, it either works or doesn't. I'm not sure on a '93. You might want to check your voltage going to the motor, if that's what you have. It could be A/C controller. I've heard the buttons on these things get gummed up and just need a good cleaning.
