Air pump eliminator kit 20HP!

I just purchased a air pump eliminator kit on ebay for $135. Says it is worth .2 seconds in the 1/4. Hope it works, and at least it will clean up the engine compartment. It says no need for a different length belt? Any seat of the pants feel?

It's highly unlikely you're going to see a 20% increase in power with that.

Your motor probably uses less than 1/2 a HP to turn the AIR pump. It does clean the engine up nicely to get rid of the pump and all the related plumbing.

Not without some duck tape!

Removing the smog pump won't give you more power, but you'll probably see your gas mileage go up.

Only 1 way to to really get more power: get more air/fuel into and out of the engine.

I have heard that having the Crossfire Manifold ported can add a lot of power.

There is also a company that makes a crossfire replacment manifold. It is called the X-Ram. They make some very nice claims, but I do not know anyone that can confirm what they say.
