I just finished my air ram intake that removes water so that I can drive daily. Took some design time and work, But it looks good. I used LEXAN (Smoked) and plut some lights in it to make the scoop light up at night. What do you think?

:beer Looks great... and looks like a LOT of work went into it!

Hi Vette1003 -

I like it!

Well done! The scoop looks good too, IMO. Why didn't GM do this? They went half-way with the new Z06, by putting a similar scoop but only using it for underhood cooling, not as part of an intake.

It would be very interesting to see a baseline run and then a post-install dyno run to see how much better it runs. I am betting it is a good number.

I like your style. :beer

thanks for the pictures.

best regards -

It looks good! And I really like the blue calipers. I don't think I've seen matching blue ones before. They look really good.

I'd like to see some night shots of the scoop.

Wow that is pretty cool.

I don't think you would see a dyno difference as there is no speed for a RAM effect on the chassis dyno. Be interesting to get a strip evaluation though.

Kudos

Don't like the backlighting. It make s the set up look kind of japaneese-ricey.

However, the set up without the lighting is a winner. I like it.

More pics of the whole car featuring the scoop please.

Looks great! It looks like you really took your time and if you didn't know it was a mod, you would think it was stock.
