Trouble code- says "air system bank one". Time to look at the O2 system or the AIR oump. Any thoughts where I should look for this? Is one more prone to trip this code than the other?

Hi there,
This is most likely a air injection check valve that has rusted shut, creating the code.
The good part, is that the valve is right there next to the exhaust manifold on the drivers side.
Easy to change.

Thanks c4c5-

I was a little intimidated by the C5s software and diagnostics system when I first bought the car... but in retrospect I wonder how I ever got by without it. Its really a lot ore user friendly. That assumes that the person working on it knows the nature of the car! Troubleshooting is sooo much more precise with the Vette OBD than my old 91 F-body based MAP system. True, its a toss up in terms of complexity versus simplicty when comparing the L98 to the LS1.
