alternator help

my 67 bb alt. wont charge under 1000 rpms my idel is set at 750 rpm
have original setup not 1 wire.note 1300 rpm output 13.5 v

Could be a couple of things, check your voltage regulator, also make sure the brown wire on the regulator has power on it when ign switch is on.

I agee, would check regulator first. Let us know how you make out. You don't have something dragging it down while it's idling like AC do you? :
