Hey I'm trying to fix most of the wiring on my car and my Altinator Power wire isn't getting any power to it and i was wondering if anybody knew where the wire lead to so i can back track it and replace it if necessary. Thanks

Not sure about your year but the alternator wire eventually gets to the starter wire, it may first connect to a junction box or the horn relay or both. PG.

Looking at a 81 wire diagram and it looks like both the red and the red/black or red wires go through a fuseable link directly to the starter selenod directly back to the battery. If its not getting power its probably the fusable link, which needs to be replaced. Check to make sure that there is power to the starter, and the red alternator wire is connected if it is and there is power to the starterthen its probably the fusable link.
