I see the 65 ad has been corrected to show a 64 car with a 65 engine, not matching numbers!

I contacted the guy selling the 64/65. As is the case a lot of times, he was selling it for someone else. Long story short: he looked up the VIN and trim tags, found that the engine and head were not numbers matching and then corrected the auction information. He even sent me pics of the VIN and trim tags (it's a legit 64), but looks like that red on black roadster started life as an Ermine White with Red interiors car. So much for originality and numbers matching. Bottom line - buyer beware - and auctioneer too.
