Another Stock Valve Cover Question

OK....Now just becasue the valve cover has the holes for a PCV valve...does it mean it automatically have the baffles????? I bought a pair off of Ebay and forgot to check to see if it had the baffles.....stock aluminum valve cover...

typically I would say yes, but I guess there is a chance that they could have been removed - why? I dunno.
