Sorry for yet another radio antenna question. Yes I know there are a lot of threads on this but, in searching them, I cannot find my issue. Ok, with that said, here goes lol. My radio works, ejects cd, can tune am/fm and so on. Although it works inside, I get no volume or tuning because the antenna will not come up. I have removed the antenna, which was retarded cause I couldn't find a connector and had to cut wires to remove it from car. Anyway, I pulled it out and powered it up and it works fine. I put it back into car, wired it up and checked it and it works fine. Replaced relay in back of car under molding cover by rear window latch. Still nothing happening. What can it be?

Your CDM is probably shot and the plug for the antenna is inside, under the plastic cover covering the hatch lock and is on the far left side.
I would tell you where the CDM is, but you did not specify the year or whether it is a Bose or Delco system.

I have a 91 coupe......sorry I forget to add that sometimes since its on the page under my avatar. Sorry....... also it's the bose system

That's alright, should have looked for the year.
It is on the right side under the dash and check your radio fuses.
CDM's do go bad from time to time. Mine went about a year ago.

You can't miss it, it has the antenna cable going into it and it is about 5-6 in. long and around 3 wide.
