I wasn't sure where to post this but I thought I would throw it out for some opinions.
Besides the standard theft-deterant system on my '95, is there anything someone can recommend to use on top of that? I'm mainly worried about leaving the car parked while I'm inside a movie or shopping center.
I work for a pretty large police department and our officers say there isn't much to keep out an experienced car thief. I've read many of a report where the Club was defeated but I was looking at one in the Mid America catalog that attaches to the brake pedal. I also saw an infomercial awhile back for a similar device. In theory, it sounds good, but I know the reality is more grim.
Just curious if anyone uses anything special out there.
P.S. I read a police report recently where a '93 was stolen and when a nearby police department found it, it had been completely (gulp!) burned/melted. This is why I've been thinking about it lately.
