Any interest in a Triple Crown??

We are kicking around doing a weekend of racing and shining for American Super Cars

A triple crown championship for the overall best Corvette or Viper and Driver.

1. Show & Shine
2. Road Course
3. Drag Racing

Location would be No Problem Raceway Park in Louisiana www.noproblemraceway.com

Dates we are looking at are the weekend of March 11-13, 2005


Please tell me if this is something you would like to do and how likely you are to attend

We are only in the disucssino stage right now.

I am trying to gather wheather there would be sufficient interest to do this.

The drag racing is already schduled as it would be part of an National Street Car Association race. Since there would be alot of travel for many, we have kicked around the idea of making it a three day thing where we add road course and show.

I posted this on many forums and an gathering interest. I will post how it is going.

Right now, only a couple folks said they would be interested.

No Problem Raceway

Put me down as interested. I'm familiar with No Problem Raceway and have spent several weekends there with my son racing shifter karts. Both the New Orleans area Porsche and BMW clubs have their drivers ed and club races there on the 1.6 mile circuit. It also has the premier dragstip in the region. March is an excellent time to visit South Louisiana since it's hotter than heck right now!
