Any thoughts on the side exhaust.

The car I drove a week ago had this set up. I thought it looked pretty good, but have never been around another Corvette with that set up.

While I like the look, it seems kind of cheesy for the C4. It's not a true side pipe. It's just a cover under the rocker panel with exhaust pipe making a couple u-bends to exit in front of the rear wheel. Like I said, it looks good. I don't have any experience with it, but I bet it's loud with the window down.

If you have ever been in a C3 with side pipes it is cool for a while but can drone in your ears at cruize speed; dependent apon what muffling is used
