Anyone have "Who makes it and where Directory" by Tire Guides, Inc.?

I'm trying to find out how old the tires are that came with my car. The DOT serial #'s are ... FH6WDTXX0100, FH6WDTXX0200, (left and rt. front, respectively) and both the rears are FH57B99X236. These are Michelin Pilots in the OE sizes. Thanks if you can help.
