Armor All

A friend just told me that i shouldn't use armor all on my interior. I have been using the professional armor all - i think it is the same as baby oil (haha) - . Anyway, apparently i was told that armor all actually dries out the vinyl - what should i use instead? Have others heard the same?

mequires sells a vinyl dressing and assorted products for your interior and yes armor all does dry out your dash and vinyl seats and can cause your dash to crack..
