Are the C-4 assembly manuals available yet and if so who has them? If not any idea when they will be available?

That's hard to say. Because so much of the assembly of the later cars (C4's and C5's) was done by robotic equipment, the workers never had that much "hands on" participation. There may not even be a complete assembly manual like we have seen on earlier cars.

If anyone is working on getting any assembly manuals available to the public, it would be NCRS as the 84-86 cars are now being judged at NCRS events. You could always go their website www.ncrs.org and look for a contact person for C4's
