Austin, TX - looking for a Corvette shop/mechanic in the Austin, TX area

Does anyone know of a good, reputable Corvette Shop/mechanic in the Austin, TX area that can help me with a pre-purchase inspection for a '72 Corvette?

Not Austin, but a few miles down the road is Automania in New Braunfels. Their website is www.automaniacs.com

BTW: They have a '69 big block convertible that has a VERY negotiable price...

Corvette Austin on North Lamar does a lot of repair/resto work so they should know what they are doing. I have spoken with teh owner on a couple of occasions and he seems ok. He definitely knows Corvettes.

There's also that shop on N. Lamar just south of Braker on the west side of the road. They are just down from Performance One in the warehouses.

Sorry I can't rmemeber the name, but they do alot of resto work so they will know.
